It is expected that annual planning for Ministry to Women takes place prior to the start of the program year. The Corps Officer and the Ministry to Women Secretary will work together on planning and involve others as appropriate.

Planning meetings throughout the year for all Ministry to Women groups should be held regularly. Meeting frequencies are at the discretion of each group and their leadership. It is encouraged to include emerging leaders in the planning process.
